01Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and OneLevel. They apply when you visit onelevel.one or install or play Momento Puzzle. By doing so you accept them and our Privacy policy; if you don’t, please don’t use them.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian’s permission to accept these terms and to make purchases.

Lipsody is covered by its own terms, at lipsody.app/terms.

02Your license

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install Momento Puzzle and play it on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. That license is all you get: everything not expressly granted stays with us.

03What you may not do

• Copy, extract, sell or redistribute the game’s illustrations, story, music, sounds or code
• Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the game, or play a modified copy of it
• Cheat, use bots or exploit bugs to get hints, items or features you didn’t earn or pay for
• Tamper with the ads, for example by clicking them repeatedly or faking views
• Use the game or this website unlawfully, or in a way that infringes anyone else’s rights

Sharing screenshots, or the share links the game creates, is fine.

04Our content

The game and everything in it — the illustrations, story, characters, music, sounds and code — along with the names Momento Puzzle, Lipsody and OneLevel and our logos, belong to OneLevel or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

05Ads

Momento Puzzle is free to play and paid for by ads from third-party networks. We don’t control what they advertise and don’t endorse it. Rewarded videos are optional: the reward is given once the video has played to the end, and an ad may not always be available.

06Purchases

Purchases in the game are sold and charged by Google Play or the App Store, under their terms.

• Momento Premium is a one-time purchase. It removes banners and the ads between levels and adds bonus hints. Rewarded videos stay available if you want extra hints.
• Hint packs add hints to your balance, and are used up as you play.
• The price is the one the store shows when you confirm.
• Refunds are decided by Google or Apple under their own policies. If something went wrong, write to us and we will help.
• Momento Premium can be restored on a new phone with Restore Purchase in the game, using the same Google or Apple account. Hints can’t be restored.

07Hints and progress

Hints and other in-game items are a license to use them in the game. They have no cash value and can’t be sold, transferred or exchanged for money.

Your progress and hints are saved on your phone. The game has no accounts, so if you delete it, reset your phone or move to a new one, your progress and unused hints may be lost, and we can’t recover them.

08Changes to the game

We keep working on the game: we may add, change or remove levels, features and items, and we may one day stop offering it. If we do, we will try to give reasonable notice. This doesn’t take away any rights the law gives you for purchases you have made.

09This website

onelevel.one is here to tell you about the studio and its apps. It links to app stores and other websites for convenience; their own terms apply there, and we aren’t responsible for them.

10No warranty

The game and this website are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we don’t promise that either will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

11Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12If you got the game from the App Store

• These terms are between you and OneLevel, not Apple, and we, not Apple, are responsible for the game and its content.
• Your license covers Apple-branded devices you own or control, as the App Store’s Usage Rules allow.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the game.
• If the game fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund its purchase price, if any. To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for it.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for any claims relating to the game, including product liability claims, claims that it fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, consumer protection claims, and claims that it infringes someone’s intellectual property.
• You confirm that you are not in a country subject to a US government embargo or designated as supporting terrorism, and not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

13If you got the game from Google Play

Google Play’s Terms of Service also apply to your download and your purchases. Google is not responsible for the game.

14Ending these terms

You can stop at any time by deleting the game. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or if we stop offering the game. The sections on our content, warranty, liability and governing law survive.

15Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you use the game as a consumer elsewhere, you keep the protections your own country’s law gives you.

16Changes to these terms

We update these terms when the game or the law changes, and the date at the top changes with them. If you keep using the game after a change, the new version applies. If a change materially affects you, we will say so in the game or on this site.
